Viagogo claims Kilimanjaro Live Ltd pocketed millions.
Viagogo has announced that it's suing Ed Sheeran's promoter over alleged fraud.
The ticket resale company said it's issued legal proceedings against Kilimanjaro Live Ltd over claims the promoter confiscated thousands of tickets to Ed's shows, which were purchased through Viagogo.
It alleges Kilimanjaro Live Ltd set up fake booths at venues which deemed the tickets void, forcing fans to buy new ones.
Viagogo said the firm pocketed "millions of pounds in duplicate sales".
Ed has criticised secondary ticketing sites and their tactic of reselling tickets for well above their face value.
