Britney Spears and Will.I.Am have lost a legal battle against the former X Factor judge and she's set for a cash boost because of it.
Tulisa sued Britney and Will.I.Am for not including her in the writing credits for the song Scream and Shout.

Following her legal row she's been awarded ten per cent of the worldwide publishing rights and income from the song.
