Exactly 100- years ago today, a momentous declaration was made in Irish (and English) history, as some women were finally given the right to vote.
Celebrations are taking place across the two islands, remembering the battles that women faced in order to secure the vote.
Love Island's Olivia Attwood spoke with MP Anna Coubry in the UK today, revealing women who were on Love Island has initially been offered less money than theit male co-stars for the same jobs upon leaving the show.
One has never voted in an election and one thinks it's every woman's duty...
