Primary school was good craic; there was art, movie time and PE to ensure a bit of banter on the weekly, but there was one subject that ensured tunes.
Religion was taught in Irish Primary schools through "Alive-O" books. Alongside the Alive-O textbooks came the Alive-O CD's. Irish kids often learned songs on the track list word by word and would often perform them at their local Church for communions and confirmations.
Some of them were a bid odd, like this one:
But, if Alive-O songs were charted, this would definitely be our number 1:
Tune.
But, in 2017, what is this thomper missing? A remix, of course!
Redditor NoSnowTires posted below remix last night and we have to say, it has a very catchy hook.
It was posted to YouTube originally in 2014 and notes "A crappy remix of the song that a lot of Irish kids will be familiar with from primary school religion class. Not to be taken seriously in any way."
Calvin Harris would want to watch his back!
