The Karjenners are trying to Trademark yet another word!
According to TMZ Kris Jenner's having another go at officially owning "Momager" 3 years after her first attempt. In 2015 she had a 2-year battle trying to protect the saying but the trademark office blocked her after concluding the name was too similar to an existing trademark someone had for "momanger."
Its rumoured she wants to use it on her new cosmetics line that dropped on Mother's Day (in America not Ireland, it had me very confused this weekend) and plans to use it for a new clothing line.
Kris already has five trademarks of her own while the Kardashians have already registered more than 50 trademarks with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office for products ranging from children's apparel (Kardashian Kids) to cosmetics (Kardashian Beauty Intimate Spotlight) and flip flops, footwear, headwear and T-shirts (Kardashian Khaos).
And, of course, sisters Kim Kardashian West, Khloe Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian have trademarked their names. Kylie Jenner tried to trademark her name too however singer Kylie Minogue blocked Jenner's plan to trademark "Kylie" for "advertising services and endorsement services."
Kylie Jenner does have more than a dozen of trademarks of her own and The Kardashian family has even protected the name of their late father Robert Kardashian.
It sounds like they’ve more money than sense if you ask me!
