This morning we woke up to the tragic news that Robert Miles, the man who brought us the absolute tune that is 'Children' had passed away.

The song is just a belter and you've definitely gone mad to it on the dancefloor at some point!

So in honour of Robert, The Lift have been reminiscing about a few of the tracks that filled junior disco dancefloors back in the day.

These are the ones to remind you of dodgy breakdance moves, even dodgier fashion choices and the sneaky shifting in the corner!

1. Gigi D'Agostino - L'Amour Toujours. Just pretend you can play the trumpet.

2. Guru Josh Project - Infinity 2008. Everyone just adding in their own 'Woo!'

3. DJ Venture - Bobby Joe. Everyone stood back, created a circle and one mad yoke decided he or she could break dance.

4. Mark McCabe - Maniac 2000. Shoutout to anyone who knew every single word to this tune.

5. Bomfunk MC's - Freestyler. Everyone in the place would attempt some sort of a mad breakdance move.
