May 1st marks our favourite actor's birthday - Jamie Dornan turns 36 today.
The star, who's from Co Down, will most likely be celebrating with his wife Amelia and their two daughters.
For the day that's in it, we've put together a few reasons why we adore Jamie.
1. He's seriously talented
OK, forget the Fifty Shades franchise.
We understand it gave Jamie his big break in Hollywood, but the awful dialogue and ridiculous plot means Christian Grey was never going to be his best work.
No, Jamie first wowed us in TV drama The Fall, where he scared the bejaysus out of everyone in his role as serial killer Phil Spector.
We were also glued to our screens watching him in Siege of Jadotville and Anthropoid.
2. He's funny AF
Jamie's well able to take the mick out of himself and the fact that he's starred in the cringiest franchise of all time.
His brutal honesty is hilarious and his insistence that he isn't a sex symbol is endearing too.
He admitted on the Graham Norton Show that he was actually wearing jelly sandals when walking out of the sea in Fifty Shades Freed. On the same show, he revealed (in front of Liam Neeson and Helen Mirren) that he wore fake pubic hair as a teenager!
The 'wee bag' incident on Jimmy Kimmel Live is pure gold, along with his Fifty Shades parody on the Late Late Show with James Corden.
3. He can sing a tune or two
In the ealy '00s, Jamie was best known for being an underwear model and the boyfriend of Keira Knightley.
However, he had another career on the side - he was the frontman of a folk group called Sons of Jim.
They were moderately successful - opening for KT Tunstall on her UK tour in 2005 and appearing on UTV show Kelly.
Jamie says he still enjoys singing and playing guitar at home with his kids.
4. He was once dubbed "The Golden Torso"
As a high fashion model, Jamie worked with Calvin Klein, Armani and Dior. He also starred in campaigns with Kate Moss and Eva Mendes.
He was so good at parading around in is underwear that the New York Times labelled him "The Golden Torso".
But in an interview, Jamie said that what he remembers most about those shoots was "a lot of people rubbing me down with dark, oily tanning stuff - I mean, I'm a white Irish guy, it was a problem."
5. He can't live without his beard
Jamie doesn't like the clean-shaven look. He says it's because he still sees himself as a skinny, baby-faced boy.
In an interview with the Guardian he said: "I feel uncomfortable without it. I find myself moving differently. I don't like myself without a beard."
We love you either way, Jamie. Happy birthday!
