The Star on Sunday says Holly Willoughby is the favourite to present the reality show in Australia, alongside Ant's on-screen partner, Declan Donnelly.
Sources told the paper that ITV want to get a plan in place before November "should Ant want to continue his down time".
Ant hasn't officially pulled out of I'm A Celebrity but it's believed bosses have given him the option of taking a year off so he can recover fully.
Thank you for all the kind messages and well wishes for the big fella. He will be touched. Your support is, as ever, much appreciated.

Holly isn't the only presenter in the running; Caroline Flack, Scarlett Moffatt and Mark Wright are also being considered as a stand-in for Ant.
