The MTV EMA's were held last night in Rotterdam, where the trophies were all coloured purple in memory of Prince.
Justin Bieber topped this year's Awards winning 3 times! Justin wasn't there himself to collect his awards as he beat Adele to best song for his track Sorry. He also picked up the biggest fans' title and won in the best Canadian act category.

Fellow Canadian Shawn Mendes won in the best male category and the best worldwide act title.
Other winners include Martin Garrix (best electro act and best world stage) and Lady Gaga won best female and best look!

Drake was named best hip-hop act while Green Day received the global icon prize for their contribution to music. Although nominated for three awards including best female, Adele left with nothing! Little Mix beat Zayn Malik, Adele & Coldplay to win best UK and Ireland act.
Beyonce, who was nominated in five categories but failed to win any awards, was beaten to best video by The Weeknd for Starboy. Fifth Harmony won best pop act while Ariana Grande was voted best US act.
