A recent study done by the mobile phone network O2 (in the UK), has said that 20 minutes at a concert is better for you than the same amount of time doing Yoga or walking your dog.
It said that by regularly attending concerts (once every fortnight), it could extend your life by up to 9 years.
Researchers calculated that a 20-minute taste of live music increased people’s sense of well being by 21 percent, compared with 10 percent for yoga and 7 percent for dog-walking.
