The biggest Music and Arts festival in the country rolls around again this coming Friday.

The day-by-day line up has been released, as 55,000 people prepare to descend on Stradbally Hall in Co. Laois to see Pulitzer Prize winner Kendrick Lamar, electronic dance group The Prodigy, and Irish fave's Picture This take to the stage.

Emma from iWork attended the Preview Day of the site yesterday. Check out video below that will hopefully help with the excitement levels:

After a fantastic summer weather-wise, we're well used to packing the bare minimum when heading off to a camping festival.

But, although it's looking good, this is a gentle reminder to pack wisely ahead of Electric Picnic weekend - it will be September, after all.

Friday's due to be a cloudy one, warm though, with temperatures between 12 to 20 degrees. Some light rain, drizzle and fog should clear overnight, with lowest temperatures of 12 or 13 degrees. Not too bad, right? Just make sure to throw in the poncho to keep you hair and fake tan as fresh-looking as possible for Saturday.

Saturday's looking like a mainly dry, after that potential rain or drizzle clears. There'll be sun, cloudy periods and potentially some light showers. Mostly dry and warm Saturday night too, with temperatures between 11 and 13 degrees.

As regards Sunday, Met Éireann wrote on their website 'on Sunday southwest winds will freshen bringing increasing cloud and outbreaks of rain eastwards over the country, clearing later.'
