Galway Girl singer Ed Sheeran is definitely having a worse Monday than you!

According to reports, he's had his plans to build a private chapel on the grounds of  his estate in East Anglia refused.

The singer, who is engaged to Cherry Seaborn, submitted plans for a 32 foot Saxon-style structure to Suffolk Coastal District Council.

However, the council reportedly denied planning permission saying the structure was too big and "in conflict with the landscape".

Earlier last week it was also revealed that he is being sued for £84 million for copyright infringement.

He's been accused of ripping off Marvyn Gaye’s Let’s Get It On for his track Thinking Out Loud and the company which owns part of the track’s copyright has lodged legal documents in New York.
