Drake and Rihanna made a cancer patient's wish come true during Rihanna's recent Anti tour stop in Miami.

14-year-old Megan who has progressive metastasized sarcoma and lives in Florida, met the pop duo last week backstage at Riri's concert through the Make-A-Wish program, according to the foundation's representative. "BEST DAY OF MY LIFE!" Megan wrote online.
