The rapper has apologised to Martin Luther King's daughter Bernice after portraying her late mother in a controversial skit.
TMZ leaked the spoof called "Real Housewives of the Civil Rights Movement" on the 55th anniversary of Martin Luther King's "I Have A Dream" speech and it got a negative reaction from many who saw it.
Cardi B took on the role of Coretta Scott King, and while she hasn't publicly commented on the backlash, Bernice has revealed that the music star reached out to her and offered an apology.
Thank you, @iamcardib, for reaching out to me and apologizing for the skit that aired on @TMZ. I look forward to talking with you soon.
