The Galway singer impressively made it to the semi-final.
Brendan Murray says The X Factor has been the best time of his life.
The 22 year old sadly said goodbye to the show after he was voted off during the semi-final at the weekend.
The plumber performed a beautiful stripped back rendition of Snow Patrol's Run but he failed to impress the viewers, receiving the fewest votes.

Brendan's mentor, One Direction's Louis Tomlinson, took to social media to say he was "so proud" of him.
The Tuam native is no stranger to the spotlight, having represented Ireland at the Eurovision in 2017 and featuring in boyband Hometown.
However, his dad spoke to iRadio earlier this month to claim he won't let fame go to his son's head.

We have a feeling this isn't the last time we'll see Brendan.
His huge achievement of reaching the semi-final means he'll be on The X Factor Live Tour in March 2019.
