As it's described on the Body & Soul website, the festival is "A bizarre & beautiful banquet of music, art, food, theatre and more."
That's exactly what Emma from iWork experienced this weekend.
When you enter the gates of Ballinlough Castle, you're immediately transported to a different world filled with surprises and magic around every corner.
You're encouraged to "shed your weekday skin" and immerse yourself in art, music, food, theatre and good times.
Luckily enough, the sun shone on the 15,000 festival revellers for three days, allowing for creative and quirky outfits to take centre stage, without being hidden by waterproof jackets.
