This week Kayte chats to Dublin rapper Nealo.

After an extended stint as a punk rocker, he decided to try his hand at hip hop.

I have a HUGE CHANCE of being very high in the Irish album charts this week. Which is massive as an independent artist on an independent record label. There are only 20 vinyls left on bandcamp and 20 on tower and physical sales are super important BUT also iTunes sales help immensely aswell. I am asking you guys to get behind me as an artist and do the business and get us to number 1. It Would be an incredible achievement especially in the fuckin mental times we are in right now. So if you could pick up a download of the album on iTunes or pick up a physical copy from @towerrecordsdublin that would be amazing. The link is you know where. @diffusion_lab @sheena_amplify @amplifyagencyie @innrspace.rec @adamgarrett.jpg @adammyfaultmusic

And it seems the risk paid off.

Last year saw him play to crowds at Electric Picnic, Longitude and Knockanstockan and last week he released his debut album ‘All The Leaves are Falling’.
