The actor says he just can't bear to watch himself as the aging music star Billy Mack in the film.
The rom-com, which also stars Hugh Grant, Emma Thompson and Keira Knightley, is regularly on telly over Christmas.
Bill claims he'll do anything to avoid seeing his Love Actually character.
