Tickets for this year's EP were snapped up back in December but there's another way to get your hands on them.

If you weren't lucky enough to secure your EP tickets when they went on sale last month, you now have an opportunity to get them sorted.

The annual Tour de Picnic has been officially launched for 2020, inviting people to register, fundraise and then run or cycle to the festival.

Event director for Tour de Picnic Brian McDermott says it's a simple concept:

"All you have to do is sign up for €60 euro to secure the ticket, then you fundraise €400 or €450 if you're not a student.  You cycle 80 kilometres or you run 17 kilometres and then you get your full weekend pass to the festival."

Tickets for EP 2020 sold out quickly when they first went on sale in December, despite the fact that none of the performers had been announced. We'll have to wait a while longer to find out who will headline the event in Stradbally and people will be hoping it lives up to 2019 when The Strokes, Hozier, Florence & The Machine and The 1975 were among the headliners.
