Making someone's heart race is usually romantic.. unless you're Gemma and Jacques..
This week we saw the Love Island contestants engage in a very raunchy episode.
The girls and the boys took part in a challenge to raise each other's heart rates with seductive dancing.
One awkward takeaway from the dancing was that Gemma and Jacques raised each other's heart rates the most.
The two contestants used to date each other in a past life, but now they're coupled up with Luca and Paige.

A body language expert has looked at how the love square (?) interacted in the aftermath of all the dancing.
Darren Staunton spoke to the Irish Mirror and says it might be good news for Paige after all.
He says despite the old chemistry between Gemma and Jacques, Gemma has made it quite clear she's not interested.
"Trust is a big thing for Gemma," Darren said. He said it's the "fundamental reason why she has no desire to get back together with Jacques."
"While they are the closest to each other physically in the villa, it's not congruent with their emotional connection," he continued.
"There isn't any obvious reciprocal liking between them, like wanting to be in close proximity to each other and prolonged eye contact."
"You could see Gemma was irked when Jacques was discussing the pair's former relationship with Gemma's current partner Luca.
"She was closed off during their confrontation, wrapping her arms around her to form a barrier between herself and Jacques."
"Their eye contact was minimal with Gemma choosing not to look in Jacques' direction."
So good news for Paige and Luca, I guess? We'll have to wait and see.
