As another Friday rolls around many of us are celebrating the end of Dry January and will be heading out with our mates at the earliest possible opportunity this evening.
If you want to keep your pub-free streak going clean you'll be in good company in TV land tonight.
The Graham Norton Show
It's probably not the most hectic line-up in the history of The Graham Norton show tonight but there are some highlights we're looking forward to.
Tonight the Cork man is joined by former Spiderman Andrew Garfield. Four-time Oscar nominee Annette Bening will be telling Graham about her upcoming film 20th Century Women while British actor Asa Butterfield will be on the couch to tell us about his sci-fi drama The Space Between us.
British band Elbow will be providing the tunes tonight.

The Late Late Show
We're dancing with the stars on the Late Late tonight as Ryan chats to judges from the RTÉ dance show Julian Benson, Loraine Barry and Brian Redmond.
Athlete Derval O'Rourke will be talking about doping in the sports world while Cork woman Sinéad Kane will be telling Ryan how she became the first visually-impaired athlete to complete the World Marathon Challenge – seven marathons in seven continents in seven days.
To make it all a bit more interesting there'll be dead and live animals in the studio tonight too. Sligo artist Arlene McPadden will be showing Ryan her sculptures made from roadkill (yup!) while there'll be some live sheep for a section on Irish enterprise. Expect something along the lines of the Lamb Carousel last year.
RTÉ One - 9:35pm
