A few months ago, we found out that one of the most iconic Cartoon Movies of the 90's Space Jam will be getting another Movie. Now they have just announced the date of it's release. Unfortunately, we will have to wait over two years until we get to see it. It will dunk into cinemas on July 16th 2021.
In the first movie, the Looney Tunes had a desperate attempt to win a basketball match and earn their freedom. They sought the aid of retired basketball champion, Michael Jordan.
This time round it will star LA Lakers star Basketball player LeBron James and Bugs Bunny too of course.
It's understood that this won't be a sequel but more of a reboot.
We will have to see if Michael Jordan will be interested in a role in the movie, we shall have to wait and see.
Space Jam 2 will be directed by Random Acts of Flyness creator Terence Nance & produced by Black Panther's Ryan Coogler.
