The music star will be recognised at a special ceremony next month.
(Source: @justintimberlake/Instagram)The Songwriters' Hall of Fame is going to honour Justin in New York for his contribution to smash-hit songs like "Cry Me A River", "SexyBack" and "Can't Stop the Feeling!"
He will become the second person to pick up the Contemporary Icon Award, following on from Lady Gaga who was recognised four years ago.
It is a significant achievement for Justin as The Songwriters' Hall of Fame says the award is given to a “songwriter-artist who has attained an iconic status in pop culture.”
