Laura Whitmore has revealed how she has dealt with emotional pain over the last few years.
She has said its hard to open up in interviews in case things are taken out of context but has found her safe space in her new book.
The book is entitled 'No One Can Change Your Life Except for You - and the Bray native shares many of her experiences.
In the book, she writes about losing a baby 12 weeks into pregnancy in September 2018 and how at the time, she felt she "had to be sad alone".
In an interview with the Sunday Independent she says, "Sharing stories makes it better" because you realise that "everyone goes through tough times".

In January 2020, she began presenting Love Island and its spinoff series Love Island: Aftersun after the tragic passing of Caroline Flack.
