All hail Queen Maura.
So Greg and Amber are the actual winners of Love Island 2019 but there's no doubt who the real MVP is.
Remember the sheer excitement a few weeks ago when we heard a Maura Higgins from Longford was entering the Love Island villa?
The midlands lady has not disappointed us since. Here are five reasons why Maura is the real winner of Love Island 2019:
1. She knows how to stand up for herself
Arguably Maura's most infamous moment was when she stood up for herself after Tom's comments. She stood her ground and point blank refused to go to The Hideaway with him saying, "I'm not going to let anyone talk about me like I'm a piece of garbage ... I don't want a lad, I want a gentleman". Legend.
2. She introduced the phrase 'fanny flutters' to the world
Mark our words. 'Fanny flutters' will be on t-shirts in Penneys in no time. And rightly so.
3. Her one-liners are exquisite

I mean, where do we start? Maura's quips and one-liners have added a burst of must needed colour and energy to the villa:
“Lucky I’m wearing underwear.”
“Are you jokin?!”
"Why you asking her thaa??! He doesn't..."
And so on and so forth...
4. She stands up for her gals
There was no way in hell our Maura was going to just sit back and let Anna be pied off by Jordan. She stood up and told her the suss - even if it meant jeopardising her own situation with Curtis. Hear hear!
5. Her mam is a legend
How adorable was Maura's mam? First she made a beeline for Ovie and then she gave the most Irish mammy answer when asked what she did with Curtis. Get a statue of the pair of them up in Ballymahon ASAP.
