First Date Hotel viewers last night were brought to tears by Julie's story. She was on a first date with Dave, when she revealed she witnessed her first husband being murdered while they were on holidays. They were backpacking in the Philippines when the incident happened and the pair had been married for 'three or four years' when he died.
