NOT JUST A REALITY TV SOB STORY
Celebrity Big Brother is normally a bit of fun and leaves many of us scratching our heads trying to work out who some of the contestants are.
But EastEnders star John Partridge says he doesn't care what people say about him, as he's doing it to help fund the care of his 80-year-old mother Bridget, who suffers from Alzheimers.
Shortly before entering the CBB house, Partridge told the Mirror: "The honest answer is I’m here to pay her bill."
“She was diagnosed in 2010. As a family we’ve dealt with it since then. She had to sell her home in order to pay for her care."
The actor, who plays Christian Clarke in the soap, said: "I unashamedly say, 'You can say what you want, but no one takes care of my bills other than me and that is what I am here to do."
We love him already!
