We're pretty proud of our Tayto crisps in the Republic of Ireland.
So much so that our famous citizens have taken to spreading the good word of the mighty crisp around the world.
One such famous citizen is the comedian Dara O'Briain.
Dara has a reputation as a sound lad but when one of his fans mixed up the Republic's Taytos with the completely different brand of the same name from the North, Dara had to step in.
@nate that's Northern Ireland tayto. Not the same crisp. And that may be the most Irish thing ever.

Nate quickly owned up to his mistake and promised to make things right.
@daraobriain Damnit. My mistake. I'll try the real Tayto in a couple days when in Dublin.

Then it got a little bit weird when Mr. Tayto himself got involved to give Nate some friendly advice
@daraobriain @nate this is the bag that you need to keep your eyes peel'ed for when you get to Dublin. #delicious #Tayto pic.twitter.com/R5oKpiHXhg

More news as we get it.
