The NBC funded episode (and hopefully series) will focus around Bash Casey, the son of Sebastian and Annette, Ryan Phillippe and Reese Witherspoon's characters from the original, as he discovers all about his dead father's past, while trying not to get sucked into it.
Sarah Michelle Gellar's character Kathryn, Bash's step-aunt, will return, hopefully, acting like as much of an uber-bitch as we all love and remember.
The original fim's director Roger Kumble, is on board to direct the pilot, meaning it hopefully won't go down the route of the awful Cruel Intentions 2 and 3.
Our main question is 'Did Annette just happen to get pregnant that one time they did it before Sebastian died?' Hopefully, all questions will be answered in time.
Could this be a new Gossip Girl?!
