This year's series could be the last as ratings plummet.
According to reports in the Daily Mail, this series of Celebrity Big Brother could be the last, following a drop in ratings.
Their source revealed that “after months of discussions, it has been decided to axe Celebrity Big Brother”, before adding “ratings have dropped for the past few series so it isn’t worth the hefty price tag.”
With only 1.6m viewers tuning in to the last series, it is no longer a financially viable show and Channel 5 are set to pull the plug once the next series ends.
