Justin Bieber is being sued by a photographer by posting a copyright photo of himself to his instagram.
Robert Barbera took the photo of Justin and his friend Rich Wilkerson. And Robert owns the copyright of the image.
Back in March of this year, Justin posted the image (below) without permission to post it, or without licensing the image to his Instagram page which has over 120 million followers.
He still has it up on his Instagram page and it got nearly four million likes since he posted it.
Only last week, Jennifer Lopez was sued after she uploaded a snap of herself and fiancée Alex Rodriguez on her Instagram story.
