We've all had mishaps at work but luckily for most of us they're not broadcast on the telly.
One news reader on the BBC left viewers stunned when she gave the middle finger to the screen at the beginning of her bulletin.

So, it goes to show news presenters aren't always so serious but Maryam Moshiri was ever the professional and continued with the headlines as usual.
She has since issued an apology on X and explained what actually happened:
