Emergency services have attended the scene of a small blaze at Dublin Airport this morning.

A ground handling machine caught fire while in operation, with smoke covering the runway.

Several fire alarms were activated in Terminal 2 but passengers were not evacuated.

The Dublin Airport Authority has tweeted to say the fire has had no impact on flight operations.

Nobody panic! Dublin Airport Police & Fire Service responded this morning to a ground handling vehicle on fire on the apron. This fire activated several smoke alarms in Terminal 2 but no passengers were evacuated. This has had no impact on flight operations.
