Swedish superstar DJ and producer Avicii has died.
The 28 year old, whose real name was Tim Bergling, was found dead in Muscat, Oman.

His publicist Diana Baron has released a statement:

Avicii's death comes just days after he was nominated for a Billboard Music Award for his EP, AVICI (01).
He was a pioneer of the EDM movement and his hits include Wake Me Up!, The Days, Levels and You Make Me.
He retired from touring in 2016 citing health reasons.
