Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have filed a lawsuit at the Los Angeles County Superior Court.
The couple claim an unnamed individual photographed their son, Archie, at their home during lockdown.
According to the complaint, the photographers allegedly used a drone to take the pictures.
Court documents claim paparazzi piloted the device just 20 feet above the house - as often as three times a day
Lawyers for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex say they're trying to "protect their young son's right to privacy in their home without intrusion".
The couple say they expect to be followed when they go out in public but state that "certain paparazzi and enablers have crossed a red line".
